An unmissable voyage for all those who are in Paris during the last ten days of June
25 ceramic “monumental art” pieces are to be discovered at the Town Hall by the Louvre (1st district in Paris) from the 19th to the 29th of June, each of them paying tribute to Maltese landscapes from which Paul Haber finds his inspiration.
Throughout these art works, you will appreciate (or discover or rediscover) the Maltese countryside, the local tender stone (globigerina limestone), the sea and the coast, local homes, traditional fishing boats (luzzu), the salt pans of Gozo, and so much more.
The curation of this exhibition has been co-entrusted to Véronique Plantier, art historian and ceramics specialist, and Olivier Plique, manager of cultural programmes at The Snop House in Senglea.
This exhibition is supported by the Cultural Diplomacy Fund, the Malta Tourism Authority, Ministry for Gozo, Valletta 2018, Alka Ceramics and The Snop House Suites.
