Our reception does not operate on a 24-hour basis (the reception is open at least 6 hours per day), but we are on call for 24 hours in case of emergency. Our Guest Relations Team is on site during different times of the day and we will do our best to be here to welcome you.

 

For a late check-in (after 8.00pm), we will require your contact details (e-mail, mobile number) in order to allocate you either an electronic key on your smartphone or a personal code to dial at the entrance. For very late arrival (after midnight), we will require the booking of our taxi clerk (25€) who will welcome you at the airport and will be able to give you access to your room.

 

For your information, €0.50 per person per night will be collected at the hotel Front Desk as an Environmental Contribution. This is according to the Laws of Malta of 1st June 2016 and the amount will l be capped at € 05.00 per person.

TRANSPORTATION

• If you’re driving, you can easily find a place to park in front of the Snop House.

• The nearest bus stop (twenty meters from The Snop House) is Redentur (Bus routes: 1, 124, 213). You can check your route on Mata Public Transport.

• The Valetta ferry boat between Valletta and Birgu operates every fifteen minutes. The pier is ten or fifteen minutes by walk from The Snop House.
