Immerse yourself in the truly authentic and unique atmosphere of Senglea (one of the historic 3 cities of Valletta Grand Harbor) and The Snop House.
Until recently, it was quite common in Malta to observe women making bizzilla (lace) on a ‘trajbu’ with ‘ċombini’ (bobbins), on the doorstep of their house.
These votive monuments, the two marble cippi, were discovered at the end of the 17th century, presumably in the south of Malta, at Marsaxlokk.
When you choose The Snop House, it’s the family atmosphere and the attention to detail in its decor that will give you the sweet feeling of being at home.
